REFUND POLICY

Effective Date: 18th June 2025

Applicability: Applies to training fees, merchandise, and event registration.

1Registration Fees

  • Registration or admission fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

2Training Fees

  • Refunds are not provided once the month has begun.
  • If a player misses sessions due to medical emergencies (with proof), a credit note may be issued for the next billing cycle at our discretion.
  • No refund for missed sessions due to personal vacations, absences, or discipline-related suspensions.

3Merchandise

Refunds or exchanges allowed only if:

  • The item is defective or damaged.
  • Return is initiated within 7 days of delivery.
  • Product is unused and in original packaging.

Customer bears the return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

4Events, Camps & Workshops

  • Refunds will be given only if the event is cancelled by the academy.
  • No refunds for participant no-shows.

5Refund Processing Time

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days via original payment method.
