By accessing or using our services, including academy enrolment, training sessions, merchandise purchase, or events participation, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

We provide structured football training programs for various age categories, along with performance tracking, physical development, and participation in tournaments. We may also sell merchandise and offer workshops, camps, and online content.

Participants must meet age and health criteria outlined in our registration guidelines. Minors (under 18) must have consent from a legal guardian.

Participants, parents, and staff must:

• Respect all coaches, referees, and peers.
• Avoid disruptive or abusive behaviour.
• Comply with training schedules and academy rules.

Training schedules are subject to change due to weather, field availability, or unforeseen circumstances. We will notify participants in advance where possible.

All materials provided, including logos, training content, videos, and documents, are the intellectual property of MSK Whitefield FC & Academy Private Limited. You may not reproduce, share, or distribute without permission.

We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage unless caused directly by our negligence. Parents/guardians are advised to ensure personal insurance coverage for players.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate a participant's registration without refund if found in violation of these terms.

We may revise these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website.
